Food Storage Chicken & Rice
- In a medium saucepan sweat garlic and 1 tbsp. butter together. Add chicken broth, then all other ingredients except cheese and remaining butter.
- Simmer for 6–7 minutes until thickened, stirring regularly to keep bottom from burning.
- Stir in remaining butter and parmesan cheese. Let rest for 2–3 minutes and serve.
