Food Storage Chicken & Rice
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon + 4 1/2 cups water
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Celery – Freeze Dried
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions – Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces – Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices – Freeze Dried
- 1 3/4 c. THRIVE Instant White Rice
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Velouté (Rich Chicken Gravy)
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chef’s Choice
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Broccoli – Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- In a medium saucepan sweat garlic and 1 tbsp. butter together. Add chicken broth, then all other ingredients except cheese and remaining butter.
- Simmer for 6–7 minutes until thickened, stirring regularly to keep bottom from burning.
- Stir in remaining butter and parmesan cheese. Let rest for 2–3 minutes and serve.
