Canned Squash Casserole
By looking at this casserole you would never guess that everything came out of a can! With these simple canned ingredients you can make a warm family dinner in no time.
1 1/4 cups thrive white rice
1 cup thrive freeze dried sausage crumbles
1 cup thrive freeze dried zucchini
1 cup canned yellow squash
1/4 cup thrive sour cream powder*
1/2 tsp canned minced garlic
1/4 cup thrive freeze dried cheddar cheese*
1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1/2 can water
preheat oven to 375 degrees. in a large pot boil 2 1/2 cups water and add rice, cook 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. combine all ingredients except for cheese into a 9 x 11 or deep casserole dish. top mixture with cheese, cover and bake for 25 minutes.
