2/3 Cup THRIVE Freeze Dried Corn
1 Can Rotel Fiesta Tomatoes (undrained)
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 Cups Water
2 Tbs Taco Seasoning (aprox half a pack)
Combine all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a light boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and top with optional cheese and sour cream.
